No.12 Quality Street

No. 12, as its name suggests, is in Quality Street in the heart of North Berwick, just a stone’s throw from the harbour and local beaches. We are part hotel and part bed & breakfast - which is why we describe ourselves as a 'stay over'.

No. 12 Quality Street, formerly the Harbour House Hotel, was purchased by Stirling and Jela Stewart in October 2005.

Fully licensed, in March 2006 the ground floor was renovated with simply stunning results and now includes No. 12 Café Bar. In March 2008, No 12 saw the opening of its fully re-designed and renovated bedrooms.
