The ponds at the 12th, 13th and 14th mean that mistakes on the back nine will be heavily punished.
Haddington Golf Club provides an enjoyable round in a quiet, country estate. Mature trees line most holes and the River Tyne is the course’s north boundary forming the out-of-bounds at holes 11 and 15. Lots of long holes demand accurate, reliable iron-play and alterations to the back nine mean that water hazards are now a major obstacle on the home stretch.

Quality Parkland Course
Although located in the land of giants, North Berwick, Muirfield and Gullane. This parkland course offers a unique and fun challenge. Though not long by modern standards the course requires thought and execution to score well. The smaller greens and strategic bunkers put a premium on iron play and the course was in great condition. The staff was very accommodating as we arrived unannounced and late in the day however they treated us as if they had know us for years. I consider it a must play for a relaxing and fun game for a vary fair price.

Course Review
A good course. Could do with more pot bunkers or fairway bunkers but overall a really nice course. E specially when you live next door to the course.

So very Nice, I went again Twice
A lovely parkland corse right next to a charming little town. I felt that the course was inexcellent condition with relativly quick greens. The staff and members at the club all made me feel welcome and I thouroughly enjoyed my day there. So much so that I have since been back. When the course is complete it'll be a superb challenge and a lovely walk.
